In the evaluation the following four questions must be
addressed:

In what ways does your media product
use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
ü You need to link to the three tasks (main and two ancillary tasks) that you have done.
ü A SUGGESTION: USE WIX – one page for USE, DEVELOP, CHALLENGE
ü Make explicit links (could be hyperlinks) to other professionally produced media texts – NAME DROP
ü This takes the longest time
2.
How effective is the combination of
your main product and ancillary texts?
ü You must discuss how your pieces work together – BRANDING
ü Write a mock interview with your artist (you can
record this yourself) asking them how they create a brand, make their products
etc. Record the interview and upload it
on the blog (write it up first and get
it checked by a peer)
3.
What have you learned from your
audience feedback?
ü Conduct research by using surveymonkey, putting work on social
media sites, holding focus groups – upload everything onto the blog
ü Discuss how holding audience research throughout helped you adapt/change
your ideas
ü Final viewing – could you have changed anything else?
4.
How did you use media technologies in
the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
ü Create a prezi discussing your use of ICT in the whole project
